Apply Online for Free & Reduced Meal Benefits!

Parents:  You are encouraged to apply for meal benefits each year even if you think your household may not qualify!

Families must apply each school year to receive benefits.  Students may receive benefits according to their eligibility from the prior school year for the first 30 days of the new school year if they were enrolled in Shelby County last year.  If your child received reduced priced or free meals from the school cafeteria last year please be sure you turn in a new application for the 2011-2012 school year.

Attention:  Fill out one application only for your household per year.  Include all students in your household.  If you fill out more than one application per household, it will delay processing, and void the original application.  This may remove your student(s) from the program.

Students will have to pay full price for meals after 30 days of the new school year unless a new application has been received and processed by the Student Nutrition Department.
